Building Rentals
The City of Belle Fourche maintains and schedules several facilities for public use. If you are having a gathering and need a place to hold 8 to 298 people, there is likely a room or building to fit your needs. Reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance.
For up to 500 people please call Belle Fourche Area Community Center at (605) 892-2467 Reservations can be made up to 2 years in advance for this facility.
For shelter rental
Community Hall
- Rental Fee: $200 daily
- Deposit Fee $400 Per event
- Max Occupancy- 298
Dick Bowman Memorial Hall
- Rental Fee:$100 daily
- Deposit Fee $200 Per event
- Max Occupancy- 96
- No alcohol sales are allowed. No cash bar will be allowed, and no temporary liquor license will be issued for events in the facility. If you wish to provide alcohol for a wedding reception that is allowed however renter MUST contact city hall 605-892-2494 to obtain permission.
Both Fee and Deposit must be paid and rental agreement signed, when the event is booked.
CANCELLATIONS
If the renter cancels at least 90 days prior to rental date, 100% of the paid rental fee and deposit will be refunded.
If the renter cancels 31 to 89 days prior to the rental date, 50% of the paid rental fee and deposit will be refunded.
If the renter cancels 29 to 15 days prior to the rental date, 25% of the paid rental fee and deposit will be refunded.
If the renter cancels within 14 days of the rental date, no refund will be issued.
