Projects Requiring a Building Permit

Mobile Home Home Move-Ins

Flat fee of $100.00 for mobile home/manufactured home move-ins. A Mobile/Manufactured Home Move-In Permit Application and Checklist is required to be filled out by both the owner (first two rows of the application) and Building Inspector. Please see the bottom of this page for the permit application. The standard building permit fees do not apply for mobile home move-ins.

Water meter prices will be a separate fee (not part of the $100.00).
