BEWARE OF SCAM EMAIL:
There have been scam emails being sent to citizens impersonating the City of Belle Fourche Planning & Zoning Commission. These emails request the citizen to respond to the email to wire money and have an itemized invoice attached to the email. The City of Belle Fourche will NEVER request payment via money wire. We ask that you do not interact with these emails. If you have received an email requesting you wire money, please call the Engineering Department Administrative Assistant at 605-723-9370.
In attempt to prevent further scam risks, Planning & Zoning agenda packets will have some information redacted.
You may request the redacted information from the City directly by calling 605-723-9370.
The Engineering Department is experiencing technical issues with the 892-3006 phone number.
If you call that number and are immediately taken to voicemail, and the mailbox is full, please call one of Engineering Department employee's direct office lines.

Online payments have a convenience fee of 3.25% of the transaction. If an address does not pop up for you, please call 605-723-9370 or 605-892-3006.
If you submit applications via email and would like to pay online, please call 605-723-9370 or 605-892-3006 for instructions. You do not have to pay online to submit online applications, just let us know how you would like to pay as we cannot issue permits or licenses without payment.
The Engineering Department cannot take payments over the phone.
