Snow Removal

Belle Fourche City Ordinance 12.28.010 states: It shall be unlawful for a property owner or occupant to permit snow or ice to remain on any sidewalk for more than twenty-four (24) hours after snowfall has ceased. Unless otherwise provided within these ordinances, all sidewalks must provide at least a thirty-six (36) inch wide area free and clear from snow and ice across the subject property.
