New Water Rates

As of January 1, 2024

 

Next month you will notice a slight increase on your water bill.

On September 4, 2018 the City Council approved Resolution No. 13-2018 - A Resolution Setting Forth Various Fees for Goods and Services Provided by the City of Belle Fourche.

 

The new rates for water, sewer and garbage service will be as follows for 2024:

 

Residential New Minimum $88.77

Water: First 3,000 Gallons - $26.04

Water: Over 3,000 Gallons - $2.78 per thousand

Sewer: $27.61 per month

Sewer Improvement: $7.71 per month

Garbage: $21.01 + 6.2% tax ($1.30) per month

Borrower Bond: $5.10

 

Residential – Out of Town

Water: First 3,000 Gallons - $52.08

Water: Over 3,000 Gallons - $5.56 per thousand

 

Commercial New Minimum $66.47

 

Water Comm: First 3,000 Gallons - $26.04

Water Comm: Over 3,000 Gallons - $3.00 per thousand

Sewer Comm: First 6,000 Gallons- $27.61

Sewer Comm: Over 6,000 Gallons - $.86 per thousand

Sewer Improvement: $7.71

Borrower Bond: $5.10

 

Commercial – Out of Town

Water Comm: First 3,000 Gallons - $50.08

Water Comm: Over 3,000 Gallons - $6.00
